The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the Data Controller’s contact addresses listed on the website, as well as private messages sent by users to the Data Controller’s profiles/institutional social media pages (where this option is available), entails the collection of the sender’s contact information—which is necessary to respond—as well as any personal data included in the communications.

This data will be processed by the Data Controller solely for the purpose of, and for the period strictly necessary to, manage interactions with users in the performance of its public interest duties or in connection with the exercise of its public powers.
