Single Digital Gateway - SDG

What is SDG?

The Single Digital Gateway (SDG), established by Regulation (EU) 2018/1724, aims to simplify access to online public services for European citizens and businesses, allowing them to access information and services in a more intuitive and efficient manner by eliminating the need for users to visit each national website individually.

Access to these services—which are available and can be requested entirely online—is faster thanks to their digital management and the application of the “once-only” principle, under which users are asked to provide only the data not already held by the public administration.
