Siope+

What is Siope+?

SIOPE+ is the infrastructure developed by the Bank of Italy that manages the electronic exchange of collection and payment orders between public administrations and treasury banks.

The platform’s goal is to improve the quality and timeliness of data used to monitor public spending and, in particular, to track the payment times of public administrations to their supplier companies and to increase the level of digitization of public entities and their treasury services.
