What is SEND?

The Digital Notification Service - SEND streamlines the process of serving administrative documents to citizens and businesses, offering new opportunities for them to exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations, while reducing public spending, lowering notification burdens for recipients, and providing a more effective user experience. Thanks to SEND, citizens can receive and view communications from participating public administrations digitally via their certified email (PEC) address, by visiting the SEND website Opens in a new tab  or directly from the IO app Opens in a new tab .
