What is INAD?

TheNational Digital Address Index (INAD) It is the public registry of the digital addresses of individuals, professionals, and other private-law entities not required to be registered in professional directories, lists, or registries or in the commercial registry, established by Article 6-quater of the CAD.

A digital address is the electronic address designated with a certified email service, as defined by the eIDAS Regulation, which is valid for the purposes of electronic communications having legal effect.
