Introduction
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers—Department for Digital Transformation, located at Largo Pietro di Brazzà 86, 00187 Rome, has created this website with the aim of fostering the growth and coordination of a community interested in developing code that supports the operation of the public administration’s online services.

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers—Department for Digital Transformation—uses social media for institutional purposes to increase transparency and raise awareness of its activities: it informs, communicates, listens, and publishes institutional content.

The Department is committed to managing spaces for communication and dialogue on its social media profiles—which are constantly monitored—and asks its users to follow a few simple rules:
Everyone is asked to express their opinions fairly, moderately, and respectfully;
On social media, everyone is responsible for the content they post and the opinions they express. However, insults, profanity, offensive remarks, threats, and—in general—discriminatory, violent, or defamatory behavior will not be tolerated;
Published content must always respect people's privacy. References to facts or details that are not in the public interest and that infringe on the privacy of third parties should be avoided;
The relevance of the topics to the activities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers is an essential requirement: under no circumstances may these spaces be used for purposes other than institutional ones;
Each discussion is related to a specific topic: all participants are asked to stick to it;

In any case, where the social media platform allows it, the staff will remove any posts, comments, or audio/video content that:

contain offensive, misleading, or alarmist content, or content that infringes on the rights of third parties;

contain content that is discriminatory on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, language, religious belief, political opinion, sexual orientation, age, or personal and social circumstances;
promote or support illegal activities that infringe on copyright or the rights of third parties.
For anyone who repeatedly violates these terms, the terms contained in the policies of the tools used, or otherwise jeopardizes the security of the systems, the Department reserves the right to ban or block the user (where possible, following an initial warning) to prevent further actions, and to report the user to the platform administrators and, if necessary, to law enforcement authorities.
